On behalf of Kimberly Mari’s family and friends:
Kimberly was born on May 13 and just celebrated her 52nd birthday. She has been married to her beloved husband David for over 30 years, but have been together since a fateful conversation on a school bus. David and Kimberly have two sons, David Jr and Michael. They have three grandchildren, and have a grandson due in September.
Kimberly has a long standing battle with cancer since the age of 35. She has shown strength and resilience for years. Kimberly has fought and battled countless times and was in remission 2 times. However in April of 2020, Kimberly’s health took a decline.
After 6 months of harsh and invasive chemotherapy, her body stopped responding to the treatments. On July 6th, at the Cancer Treatment Centers of America’s in Philadelphia, Kimberly and David received the unbearable news that there were no longer any effective treatments available. The cancer spread and metastasized to various parts of her entire body, and Kimberly was placed on hospice care.
David and Kimberly own their own trucking company and therefore have to provide their own insurance. Unfortunately, due to Kimberly’s preexisting medical concerns, she was unable to receive any type of life insurance.
As her family and friends , we are asking for any amount that will help Kimberly and her family during this harsh and grieving time. It is difficult enough, to begin coping with the devastating news that despite valiant efforts and exhaustion of all available means, cancer and its malicious intent has prevailed.
Now, Kimberly’s family has to believe in the kindness and generosity of their family and friends to help with financial costs during this time. Again, as Kimberly’s family and close friends, we ask to show this loving, strong, kind woman and her family some kindness and love as well.
