Kilimanjaro Climb x Sparkle Malawi

The story behind the challenge
The Sparkle Foundation was founded by a friend of mine when she was 18 years old and had lifesaving surgery in Malawi, Africa. She made a promise that she would return to the country and change one child’s life. 10 years later Sparkle Malawi now supports thousands of orphans and vulnerable children with education, medical care and nutrition. The project is trying to change the traditional charity model and is empowering the community it serves so it can become sustainable.
I volunteered there three years ago and saw the difference that is being made with my own eyes. Whilst I would love to spend more time there, my next challenge is to climb Mount Kilimanjaro and raise funds for Sparkle. This is why I need your support!
This little Sparkle on the picture with me was one of my favorite kids. Joseph did not make it to his 3rd birthday. This is the reality of Malawi and I know what a difference 10 Euros / pounds / Dirhams can make
