Kiernan was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) on March 27, 2024. The doctors, nurses, and whole team at UCSF have been more than incredible. We are extremely grateful that we live close to such an amazing facility.

Loved ones have asked how they can help Kiernan and our family during this time. We do not yet have a clear answer, but we do know that there will be increased medical expenses moving forward for his treatment. We've started this account if (and only if) people want to help.

Friends and family have insisted on contributing, though we don't know where to start. We have books, toys, clothes, and countless staples that we anticipated for our growing toddler - this illness is outside of what we anticipated. We are extremely thankful for the support that surrounds us.

We know this will be a long fight and are already appreciative of the outpouring of love we've received. Please do not feel you need to give anything. We know that your love, prayers, and continued support are the most important gift to his healing.
