Anyone who knows Carrie is well aware of her strong work ethic, her freakishly non-judgmental attitude, and an empathetic nature that she effortlessly extends to every one she meets. Recently, Carrie was blindsided by the diagnosis of breast cancer. While we are unsure of the exact medical and surgical path this will take her on, we are aware that a lack of income will become a factor. She has minimal insurance and will likely be away from her job for large amounts of time. While her place of employment has been very understanding thus far, she has not been there long enough to have accumulated sick or vacation days. This significant decrease in income is sure to cause many sleepless nights in this hard working single mother who has never asked for help from anyone. Please help us relieve her of this worry and allow her to focus on one thing only: becoming cancer-free getting on with LIFE!
