My name is Kevin Hall. I am a deaf professional golfer and have played professionally since 2005. I graduated from Ohio State University with a journalism degree and I won the 2004 Big Ten Championship by 11 strokes which gave me the confidence to try and pursue my dreams of being the first deaf golfer to play on the PGA Tour.
Over the years I have been blessed to play events on the PGA Tour and the Web.Com Tour as well as honing my skills on various mini-tours. In spite of the lack of sponsors and limited tournament schedule in the early stages of my career, I was still able to gain valuable experience which I was able to use in my progress as a professional golfer, especially at this point in my career.
I have had some successes over the years of competing all over the country. I made a decision in the winter of 2013/2014 to make some changes to improve myself as a person mentally, physically and spiritually. 2014 has proven to be the best year of my career as the changes took place in terms of consistency and improvement.
It has been a long process to see some tangible results but I finally made it through the 2017 Web. Com Q-school. I will be a member of the 2018 Web.Com Tour on a Conditional Status. It will be a very exciting year as I continue to work towards getting to the PGA Tour. Any help would be very much appreciated. Donations will go towards tournament entry fees, lodging and traveling costs.
I will also be available to do clinics, outings or to share my life story to help inspire others to dream big and never give up.
Thank you and God Bless,
Kevin M. Hall
