Anyone who knows me, knows how passionate I am and have always been about politics.  This year's election is CRITICAL!  I have been elected as a delegate to the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia.  While I am honored to have been elected, this is much more expensive than anyone imagined.  This is the MOST EXPENSIVE convention in US history AND it is the MOST IMPORTANT!  The hotel costs $565 per night (5nights = $2,825) and travel costs are $460 from Dallas to Philadelphia.  I am budgeting $50 per day for food.  I am asking you, my friends, for some financial support as I have just under two weeks to reach my goal.
