Hi, I’m Brittany Scruggs, Katy Walls’s, best friend and her daughter’s Godmother. Katy and her family were attending the Airport Racing Wars 2, located at the Airport in Kerrville, Texas today, when one of the vehicles lost control after crossing the finish line and plowed into the spectating crowd where Katy and her family were watching.
Katy has been air lifted to a San Antonio hospital and her daughter received care at a local Hospital and has been released. However, Katy will be going through a very long recovery with multiple extensive surgeries due to multiple fractures and injuries.
