Katrina's hospice journey

After 15 years, Katrina’s leukemia advanced beyond the capacity of the drugs, the stem cell transplant, the chemotherapy, and her own force of will. Katrina started home hospice on Wednesday and passed peacefully with her husband at her side Saturday evening. Katrina ensured that Tyler, her four year old twins, Annika and Owen, and their grandmother, Judy, would be safe and secure. We will be okay and are not in financial crisis. Contributions will be used to cover the supplementary hospice care and cremation. Anything over will go into the children’s college funds.
