Hello Everyone!

My name is Katie Martin and I am an aspiring circus performer! Currently in my second year at The National Institute of Circus Arts, doing my Bachelor Degree in Circus Arts, we have a study tour to USA and Canada in June - July 2016.  I will have opportunities to not only network with circus artists, but train with them including artists from major shows such as Cirque Du Soleil. 

The money raised will go towards my flights, accommodation, food and any other resources I need to support my training and studying while in USA and Canada.

This means so much to me because I loved performing ever since I was a little girl. I took dance lessons while growing up, but realised I wanted to be a circus performer when I saw the Chinese pole act in Cirque Du Soleil's show Saltimbanco at age 8. I would hate to miss out on this opportunity at turning my dreams into a reality. My hope is to become  a circus artist who inspires people with the wonderment of the circus,  the way I was inspired as a child.

This trip will open a lot of doors for me. Please help me! :)
