Kathy Craig's Injury and Lost Wages

A few weeks ago my beautiful, loving friend, Kathy Craig, stumbled at a curb and fractured her right wrist. This creates a financial burden for her in two ways.

First, because of the location and severity of the fracture,  the orthopedic surgeons she's seen insist she'll need a plate implanted to correct and hold the alignment. This is an expensive procedure and even with insurance she's looking at a sizeable out-of-pocket expense.

Further, Kathy is a Licensed Massage Therapist so she won't be able to work while her wrist is healing. Because she is single and relies solely on her income for her living expenses, her need for assistance is immediate.
