Memorial Fundraising for Kathy Miller's Celebration of Life

**Kathy Miller passed away this morning, Thursday October 10th, 2024. I've updated this fundraiser in the hopes of raising enough money to help us cover the cost of final expenses**

Hello, my name is Shawna and I am starting this fundraiser on behalf of my aunt, Kathy Miller. Over the last couple of months Kathy has been unable to work due to the progression of stage 4 lung cancer. At this point the cancer has spread from her lungs to her brain and chemo was unsuccessful. She's now being treated with a pill called lumakras, but she is homebound due to her debilitating symptoms.

We are currently looking into home care or long-term care in a facility to ensure she's comfortable and has everything she needs. I've applied for assistance, and we'll eventually have an estate sale, but the financial obligations will be tremendous, on top of the bills she already has... We need help.

At this time I am humbly asking you to consider donating towards Kathy's expenses and medical care.

I know that the time we have left with her is limited and just want to take any unnecessary stress off of her right now so that she can focus on her physical and mental health...
