Bulgaria Opera Program

Ever since the early years of my childhood, I envisioned myself singing on the stage. I remember listening to music and trying to imitate the beautiful notes. That was when I knew what I wanted to do when I grew up. My dream is to become an opera singer. I have had many vocal coaches and mentors who have helped me nurture my vocal gift for many years. I was very fortunate to have been given the opportunity to perform in several solo recitals, in which, I sang opera and various other genres of music. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in music performance at the University of Central Florida where I am receiving my training from a world renowned professor, Dr. J. Stephenson. To continue cultivating my talent, I was advised by Dr. Stephenson to go to Bulgaria for four weeks to study at the Varna International Opera academy and take lessons with renowned opera singers. In order to go, I must raise $5,000. The $5,000 will pay for traveling, hotel and the program itself. With a humble heart I will accept all of the help I can get.
