Op 1 december 2025 is onze dierbare dochter, zus en liefste moeder, Karina, op 40-jarige leeftijd overleden. Na een plotselinge hartstilstand heeft zij nog anderhalve week in coma gelegen, maar is zij helaas niet meer wakker geworden.

Ze laat haar 14-jarige zoon Kyan achter, die in 2021 ook al zijn vader verloor aan kanker. Het is een ingrijpend verlies voor een jongen die nu beide ouders moet missen.

We willen Karina een waardig afscheid geven, iets wat zij verdient en wat haar familie en vrienden de ruimte geeft om samen stil te staan bij haar leven, zonder extra financiële druk in deze toch al moeilijke tijd.

Alles wat na de uitvaart overblijft, gaat naar Kyan, zodat hij in deze ingrijpende periode wat extra steun en zekerheid heeft voor zijn toekomst.

El 1 de diciembre de 2025 falleció nuestra querida hija, hermana y madre, Karina, a los 40 años. Tras una parada cardíaca repentina, permaneció una semana y media en coma, pero lamentablemente no volvió a despertar.

Deja atrás a su hijo de 14 años, Kyan, quien en 2021 también perdió a su padre a causa del cáncer. Es una pérdida muy profunda para un joven que ahora debe afrontar la vida sin ninguno de sus padres.

Queremos darle a Karina una despedida digna, algo que ella merece y que permita a su familia y amigos reunirse para honrar su vida, sin una carga financiera adicional en un momento ya de por sí tan duro.

Todo lo que quede después del funeral irá destinado a Kyan, para que en este período tan impactante cuente con un apoyo y una seguridad extra para su futuro.

On December 1st, 2025, our beloved daughter, sister, and mother, Karina, passed away at the age of 40. After a sudden cardiac arrest, she remained in a coma for a week and a half, but sadly never woke up.

She leaves behind her 14-year-old son, Kyan, who also lost his father to cancer in 2021. It is a profound loss for a young boy who must now face life without either of his parents.

We want to give Karina a dignified farewell — something she truly deserves — and offer her family and friends the space to come together and honor her life, without additional financial strain in an already challenging time.

Everything that remains after the funeral will go to Kyan, so that during this overwhelming period he has some extra support and security for his future.
