Hello there family and friends! Of course you all may know I was recently diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma Breast Cancer on 4/30/15. My mom and also a good friend of mine told me about this site and advised that I join to help with my burdens. As of the 15th of May I haven't been working, due to multiple doctor visits; including check ups, scans, treatments, and fluids, along with the many side effects from chemo treatments. Of course we all know that no matter what the circumstances are, our bills never stop. I'm not a person to ask anyone for anything, because I'm a pretty self sufficient person, and I was raised to be independent. Although I've recently learned that no matter how you're raised or how much pride you may have, there is always a point in your life where you may need someone's help. I never thought in a million years that at 25 yrs. old I'd be diagnosed with Breast Cancer, and would be set back temporarily to a point where I can't work like I'm use to. You never know what God has in store for your life. So I just live it the best that I know how. I pray, keep faith, and remain positive in all that I go through.
