Support Karen O' Keefe

Our dear friend Karen O'Keefe ruptured her quad tendon and broke her kneecap in early December.  Karen was receiving care at Meridian Legacy Hospital and has now been moved to a  Molalla Manor rehab facility.

She is unable to work and her unemployment stopped when she came to the hospital. She does not have a way to pay rent for the next month.  Karen is also struggling to make her utlilty payments on time.   She has additional medical expenses on some items that will help h er get around her home when she is released.  The hospical social worker was only able to help Karen find funds to pay for her current hospital bill. 

It means so much to her that her friends have visited over the past two weeks. Many of us from our womens bible study at Rolling Hills have reached out to her. This has cheered her up and helped her to get through spending the holidays alone in the hospital. Raising the funds needed to help Karen in this hard time is one way we can show how much we care for her. She is so thankful that we have been praying for her. Please keep encouraging her to get well soon and thank you for your support.
