My Mom's Memorial

Hello my name is David. I'm the oldest child of Karen Howes. I'm raising money to help pay for her funeral cost. She didn't have life insurance or much to her name. The money raised will be used for her funeral cost. Her dreams were to go on a cruise and take a family vacation to Texas so her grandkids could experience the Gulf of Mexico but there just wasn't enough time.
My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer back in 2007. She was cleared of cancer until 2014 when it came back as breast tumors which spread to her bones on her spine and eventually to her lungs. She was a loving, caring, happy woman. She was honest and loved being with family and friends. She loved God and was at peace with the time she was given.
We're thankful to have such loving and supported family and friends. They were here in a heartbeat ready to help with anything we needed. We love you all so much for that. She’s at peace now free from pain looking down smiling and watching over us. We love you Mom and you will be missed.
