We have had many requests from friends and family to donate in Douglas’ memory monetarily. As a family, we have decided that the best living memorial we can provide is to ensure a bright and fulfilling future for Douglas’ three-year-old daughter, Kamdyn Veyda Johnson. The purpose of this GoFundMe is to provide an education for Kam. We will gift Kam access to the funds on her 18th birthday. In lieu of flowers, this fund will support Kam whether she decides to go to college, continue a career in gymnastics, go to art school, or follow in her father’s footsteps as a basketball athlete.
