I am Kaileys aunt, Gimmie Murphy. I am Kaileys mother De Shawns first cousin on my mothers side. We as Native Americans relate a little different than other cultures. Our family has lost a daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin, aunt, and friend. Kailey will be missed dearly by family, friends and all that knew her. Heaven has truly gained an angel on July 17, 2015. Kailey was taken from her mom, dad, and sister too soon.
Kailey is 12 years old, she had a long life ahead of her, it was cut too short at the hands of someone else. This is something no one is ever prepared for.
A week has passed, at that moment in time our first thought wasnt to start up an account of some sort to help out the family with the funeral expenses or beyond that. Our first thought and instinct was to be here for our loved ones who just lost their loved one. A week later we are still mourning the loss of our beloved Kailey.
I was asked to set up an accout in hopes to help out Kaileys parents at their time of need, as they try to pick up the pieces and move on with their lives after the loss of their daughter Kailey.
They have missed work due to their tragic loss of their daughter. At this time any donation is appreciated and will help out with any expenses they have endured during the loss of Kailey.
On behalf of my cousin and her family, I would like to Thank You all so very much for the donations, kind words, prayers, and support you all have shown the family. You all have been in our prayers aswell at this time.
All proceeds will go to the parents of Kailey Vijil. This will help out with any funeral expenses, travel money due to Kailey being buried out on The Confederated Tribes Of the Goshute Reservation, Ibapah, Utah. School is coming up and some of the donations will help out with school supplies and clothes for Kaileys sister. It will also will help out with mortgage, and other utility bills that need to be paid.
