Kaiah's Emergency Surgery Fund

Our sweet 2 year old German Shepherd escaped the yard and was hit by a large truck Christmas morning. Kaiah was our wedding present to ourselves when we got married after my husband came back from Afghanistan in 2012. My husband is a Marine Corps vet, a full time college student and we are expecting our first child next month so money has been tight for us lately. Kaiah is suffering from a badly broken leg, large laceration from her chin to her chest and damage to her trachea and esophagus. We are already $2000 deep in emergency vet bills before she has had any surgery to fix her leg and trachea/esophagus. This has wiped out our savings and maxed out our credit cards and we still don't know what other costs might come up. I'm normally not one to ask for help in this way, but I've never been faced with anything as financially crippling as this. Kaiah is my husbands baby, and getting her back to her crazy self is our number one priority right now. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated.
