My name is Erin Shaw and I have started this fund me page for my oldest daughter Kaybri Wolff.  Kaybri is a 17 year old junior who attends Salt Lake School for the Performing Arts in Salt Lake City, Utah.  Kaybri commutes almost 2 hours each way and is required to keep at least a 3.5 gpa in order to attend.  She is driven, passionate, and hard working in her studies and in every production she is a part of.  Her love of music and muscial theatre is incredible, and anyone who knows her can see how talented she is.  Kaybri was just notified on the 24th of February that she has been accepted to a high school summer program at NYU's Tisch Performing Arts Program in Manhatten.  It's an incredible opportunity that will allow her to pursue her dreams in musical theatre while earning 6 college credits from NYU.  She applied for a financial need scholarship but was not granted one, and is now trying to raise money for tuition and room and board so that she can attend.  $2000.00 of that is due by the 22nd of March or she loses her spot.  It would break my heart if that happened, especially due to financial reasons.  Over 700 high school students from across the country applied, with few that were chosen, she was one of those lucky few.  As her mother I want nothing more than to give her every opportunity to chase her dreams.  All she has every wanted was to be on Broadway and to have the chance to attend a performing arts program at a major University.  This is that opportunity.  Tuition is almost $12,000.00 and we aren't able to provide that as parents.  Kaybri is literally reaching out to every possible option to help her raise this money.
