Help KBanks start up a serious comedy business

As most of you know, I have officially taken the leap into the unknown and gotten into stand up comedy. While the last 2yrs have taught me a lot, it's time to think bigger.
(For those who don't, I've been making waves in the Vegas comedy scene by producing 5 productions, all in which I host and book, and invented 2 gameshows that are staples as event nights in the city.)
I'm here to announce I am starting my own business.
In lieu of a wedding present, baby shower, or warming a new home, I'm asking for some help to get me in a spot where I can have a solid starting point so I can hit the ground running.
Why am I in this position?
While I have been profiting, I have been investing almost everything back into my productions to make them healthy enough for larger stages (which translates to 'a larger budget') and, most importantly, paying my staff. A major problem in the creative sphere expects artists to work for free in return of 'exposure', however that does not pay the bills. While I'm trying to practice good merit, that means profits shrink on my end of the payout as well.
Where will the money go? Here's my plan of action:
- LLC - During my second year I had a total of 5 productions I was either creating or helping build the marketing for and in 2025 I'm on track to have 11 productions with 3 being out of state. Not only do I need this for tax purposes, this also helps protect my art under my own name.
- Merchandise - Y'all want it, I got it designed and ready, however I need to purchase in bulk to grab any of it. BTW, have I mentioned I have 5+ productions? That's a lot of cool shit ;-)
- Marketing - While I can do a majority of it on my own, ultimately, I'd love to build more interactive experiences into my gameshows. For Stumpin', I dream about an immersive step & repeat that's Instagram ready.
- Catalytic Converter - Fixing up my whole car is a bit of a stretch, but this would provide me with extended life for another couple of years.
- Comedy Festivals - Festivals are an important part of the journey as they act as our 'conventions'. Yes, this is a major help in being introduced into a new area with reputable productions, as well as being a huge step up for networking between industry bookers and peers.
- Travel - Yes, I want to come to your city equally as much as you want me to come visit - the whole reason I got into comedy was to be able to travel more! This section would go to hotels/plane tickets/time off from work to make this possible.
- Production equipment - I know this will be one of the largest feats, however I would like to own my own spotlight to ensure prime lighting no matter the space, a backup microphone and cords to have on me for emergencies.
Anything past this goal would allow me to create and store an acorn, sleep a little better at night and provide me with opportunities to keep day dreaming of what's yet to come.
Thank you for helping me live my dream as a funny female entrepreneur - this is only the beginning and I can't wait to see what the future has in store :)
