Hello , it is my great pleasure to introduce myself. I am Didontae Farmer, the founder of a very small but big dog rescue in Compton called k9HUBB. We do so much with absolutely no help. I figured this journey would be tough, but now I’m in the final quarter of squaring away a major contract to provide services to the city of Compton, as well as rescuing dogs and teaching kids how to train them through therapeutic exercises in dog training. But... there’s always a but, and my but is in order for us to stay open to feeding stray dogs, homeless people, teaching kids, deceased animal pick-ups, and community outreach, we need funding. Our team consists of five people who have worked tirelessly for 3 years with our own funds, but things can only stay afloat so long before the team can go no more. I returned home as a wrongfully convicted juvenile with a skill and gift for saving animals and working with kids. I’ve never felt the need to ask anyone for money, but in order for this to succeed, I feel I need to at least try to ask for help. If you’d like to look more into my mission, please check out ig@mr.swyft
