Justin L Heughins, unnaturally and unexpectedly passed away on September 14, 2017. He is survived by his daughter Carolina, his mother Jeannie, his niece Serina, his twin brother Reese, his older brother Casey and many more loved ones. He was a loving, caring father. And amazing son and a great brother. He has recently been working as a plain captain monitor. He has really been enjoying landing and flying the plans for the Oceana Air Force Base. As you all know he was a goofball, he always enjoy making people smile and laugh.
With this being very unexpected, the family does not have the funds for a viewing and funeral and cremation. The family is in a hardship and is asking you to find it in your hearts to help by making a donation via gofundme or in person or directly to the funeral home. We know everyone is struggling financially, but we would not be asking if we did not have to. The funds are needed as soon as possible and would be deeply appreciated.
He loved the beach. He said it made him feel at home. So the family has chosen a funeral home at the oceanfront.
