Vistar Foods Relief Fund

The men and women who bring you popcorn and candy at your neighborhood movie theater need your help. Since August, they have been ON STRIKE to protest discriminatory pay practices against female workers, and to end other illegal labor practices against employees. These workers are making big sacrifices to continue their fight and need your support to help cover
day-to- day expenses for their families.

Please help bring justice for Vistar workers by making a donation today!

About the Fight
Vistar is a national supplier of food and drinks to movie theater chains like Regal and AMC Theaters, and is a division of $19 Billion Performance Food Group Corporation (NYSE: PFG).

Vistar pays female employees significantly less than the men who do similar work. Many of these women are single heads of households, struggling to support their families on too little pay.

Since mid-August, these ‘Wonder Women’ and their male co-workers – all members of Teamsters Local 630 – have been on strike at Vistar’s distribution facility in Ontario, California. Their goal: To stop Vistar’s exploitation of women, and end Vistar’s other unfair labor practices against its employees.
