On August 5, 2025, Michelle’s life was upended when she was arrested in New York based on a warrant from Louisiana — a state she has never visited.

She faces severe felony charges, including:

- Soliciting for Prostitutes

- Practicing Massage Therapy Without a License

- Pandering

The undeniable truth is that Michelle is a confirmed victim of identity fraud. Her name and personal information were stolen and used fraudulently on criminal business documents in Louisiana. She has absolutely no connection to the individuals or enterprises involved in these activities.

The Immediate Crisis

• Michelle is currently detained at Orange County Jail, NY.

• A critical extradition hearing is set for August 28, 2025.

• Her business has been shuttered, causing severe financial hardship.

• Her young child is without a mother, and her family is enduring profound emotional and financial distress.

Purpose of This Campaign

Funds raised will be allocated transparently to two vital causes:

1. Michelle’s Legal Defense Fund

To secure her immediate release and achieve a full dismissal of all charges, covering:

- High-stakes legal representation for extradition and criminal proceedings.

- Fees for private investigators and expert witnesses to definitively prove identity theft.
