Justice for Michael Duncan: Help Us Find Answers On March 23, 2026, our father was found with a fatal gunshot wound near Bert Winters Park in Juno Beach, down the street from his home.

Since then, our family has been grieving while also struggling to understand the full circumstances surrounding his death. There are gaps and inconsistencies surrounding his death.

We have experienced challenges accessing information and believe there are still important unanswered questions. Due to legal next of kin limitations, our ability to obtain clarity has been restricted. We are currently navigating this process on our own.

After consulting with legal professionals, we’ve learned that retaining an attorney requires an initial $10,000 retainer to start; we have currently self-represented but need help in this critical step to review records, pursue independent evaluation, and seek answers.
