Help Julia Rae fight cancer
Donation protected
On June 27,our 14 year old daughter Julia was diagnosed with a rare kind of ovarian cancer, called Dysgerminoma. She's been battling it ever since.
Life threw Julia a challenge. She was forced "to grow up",facing pain,6 hour surgery, recovery, planning for fertilization, and undergoing chemo treatments. She feels like her summer was taken away from her, and the beginning of high school as an excited freshman is going to be replaced with homeschooling.
But Julia has learned valuable lessons, perhaps the most important lessons of her life. She learned to appreciate health and happiness. She, now, has a different perspective on what's important in Life, and what is not. She learned about true friendships. She knows how to cherish "little things" in life that are given to us,but so often we take them for granted. But perhaps, one of the most important things that Julia learned, is how caring, thoughtful, understanding,
supportive, and generous people around us can be!
We received a tremendous help and support from her summer camp Echo, but unfortunately,we still need help, because not all medical expenses are covered by out insurance.
We are kindly asking you to reach out, make a donation, and support Julia with her ongoing battle against cancer!
Thank You!
