Hello, my name is Ken Carlino, long time friend and co-worker of Chris Arp. I am reaching out on behalf of the children of Ron and Rebecca Arp, Julia (14) and Ryan (12). To the Morgan Stanley and CCI family, Chris has been a valuable and trusted employee of Morgan Stanley for the past 20 years and is joining CCI as part of its recent acquisition of Morgan Stanley's Oil Merchanting business.

On Monday, November 30, 2015, Ron Arp, Special Agent for the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency in Albany, lost a hard fought battle with cancer. He left behind two beautiful children, Julia and Ryan. What makes Ron’s passing particularly heart wrenching is that Ron's wife, Rebecca Scarpellino Arp, a clinical psychologist in Albany, passed away suddenly only months earlier from pancreatic cancer.
The Arp and Scarpellino families have come together during these unimaginable times with the main focus being to care for Julia and Ryan. This is where we can use your help. I am writing to ask you to participate in an effort to raise funds for Julia and Ryan towards their continuing education and other financial needs.
Ron and Rebecca were two people devoted to the protection and care of others. Here is our opportunity to follow their lead by helping to protect and care for their children.
