Help me with my Multiple Sclerosis (MS) treatment

Hello, My name is Johana Struve and I’ve been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis earlier this month. The disease is a degenerative disease of the immune system, which causes damage in different parts of the brain, the damage then causes symptoms that can be very mild or very strong, for example, I lost sight on my left eye in 2015, then suffered from sever migraines for the next two years and earlier this year, my entire body felt numb and I couldn’t move my right arm for three months.

Multiple Sclerosis can be slowed down, and sometimes even stopped, with the right treatment. The problem is the treatment is very expensive and I don’t have enough money to buy it.

I am from Venezuela but right now I’m living in Colombia, due to the lack of medical resources to get diagnosed and treated in Venezuela.

The money from this GoFundMe will go towards two things: getting a medical treatment visa so I can stay in Colombia and don’t have to go back to Venezuela; and to pay for my Multiple Sclerosis treatment, a drug called Fingolomod which is expensive and rare here in Colombia.
