Joshua Oballim was born in 1986 to an Anglican minister and his wife in Gulu, a small city in Northern Uganda.  Orphaned at 9, Josh and his siblings were "adopted" by his Aunt.  Thirty cousins and children in her care, Josh managed to put himself through high school and college in Gulu with the help of an Italian NGO Comboni Samaritan of Gulu.

A disciplined student, an exceptional volleyball and soccer player, and a dedicated, engaged employee & volunteer, Josh has excelled in Gulu for and is looking forward to getting a graduate degree.
Caption - My daughter, Hilary Morgan Epes, and Joshua Oballim in Gulu.  They've known each other for over 3 years.

Josh has two Buffalo graduate school acceptance letters in hand.  He needs solid evidence of $25,000 to get a US Student Visa, and to pay his tuition.  Room and board will be on Hilary and my family.

Please consider donating generously to Josh's tuition.  Every donation helps.

I am certain Josh can make an impact in this world, in our lives, and in the lives of many others in Gulu, Kampala, Uganda, and East Africa.

Thank you-
