Mount for device/ Josh Scott

When my son Josh was 19 years old he hit his head in a single car accident.  Loss the use of his body, (quadriplegic,)   can't talk,  nor eat   but his mind is all there.  This year marks 19 years in a nursing home. He is 38 now.  
He loves Dallas Cowboys, and Tim McGraw.  

He blinks as I say the alphabet to express his needs. Turns his head right slightly for no.  

He is up beat, always wanting to know about his growing family and his high school friends.  

Being in bed for years causes skin breakdowns and not being able to say "I hurt, I need, I want" breaks my heart.  
He played football in high school, loved it.  was hurt 6 months after graduation. Was in great shape.

He needs a voice.  He has a great sence of humor.  

His old communication device has stop working, not fixable, obsolete.  Techknowledge

is improving so many lives, please help Josh have this chance.
