Hi,
Our names are Rosmarie, Vanessa, and Christina. Our mother, Josephine Faienza, hardly recovered from her serious hip surgery before she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Just after 3 weeks she had to undergo another surgery for her left breast. After numerous tests and biopsy’s, we learned that the journey our family is about to endure is going to be a difficult one.

Josephine has a future of multiple surgeries ahead of her. Today we learned that the cancer has spread to her lymph nodes. She now needs 4 months of chemotherapy and 2 months of radiation. Our mother has been our support system our entire life and now it is our time to support her and solely focus on her health and well being.
Her pathology reports have consistently left our family scared and in tears. Our mother is a very strong woman but since her diagnosis, even with health insurance, medical bills along with other costs will quickly accumulate over the next few months.

We ask for you to give any amount you can, no matter how small, to help our family pay for medical expenses, this would help our father so that he could spend more time with our mother at home and during treatment. Since we are all in college and sadly away from home, we worry during this time that she will be left alone because our father works a lot of hours to help support this family, and now he will have to work even more since our mother will be unable to work and we will be away at college.
