I MADE IT! WCOPA TEAM CANADA 2017

A little about my campaign….

I am hoping to seek your support in my fundraising efforts as I will be representing Team Canada at the World Championship of Performing Arts (WCOPA) from June 30-July 9, 2017 in Long Beach, California. I will be competing in the junior solo category of Dance in the genres of lyrical, jazz, contemporary, ballet and open.
Going to California is very costly, and I need sponsors to help cover some of the expenses such as the registration fee, accommodation at the hotel, studio time, choreography fees and air fare. All sponsors will appear on my online WCOPA Directory Page, which is accessible to all the participating countries, agents, producers and so forth. I will also list all of my sponsors on my social networking sites.

 A little about WCOPA….

The WCOPA is a Talent Olympics where the contestants compete for the Gold Medal with over 5O countries participating. It is an honour to be selected as part of the team. Please visit their website at www.wcopa.com to learn more about the competition.

 A little about me…

I am currently a Grade 9 student at O’Neill CVI in the Performing Arts program for dance. A passionate dancer for eight years, I have most recently been dancing competitively for Impact Dance Company of Stouffville under the artistic direction of Sonia Durante.
I have participated in many dance competitions and performances and have been recognized with numerous overalls, special awards and dance scholarships. Nothing makes me happier than being on stage, dance is my passion!

 A little about my mom…

My mom is a single parent whom has sacrificed countless hours (and her bank account :)) to help me realize my dream. For this reason, I sincerely hope that you are able to help with my sponsorship. This competition is a dream come true and a testament to the many hours of work we have put into attaining this level of performance.
