My name is James Madrid, and I am excited to share a remarkable journey that my son, Aden, and I are embarking on together. Having experienced many ups and downs throughout my professional career, I've recently decided to take a leap of faith and establish an electrical contractor business—an aspiration I've had for many years. Today, with my adult son now joining me in this vision, we're working to realize our shared dream of delivering state-of-the-art electrical services rooted in the community.

Motivated by our strong family values and humble beginnings, we envision a company where growth and opportunity flourish for the entire collective. As a central part of our mission, we want to establish pathways for others in our community to achieve their own aspirations of becoming electricians or HVACR technicians.

Of course, as an experienced small business entrepreneur, I'm well aware of the challenges ahead and clear-eyed about the time and resources required to make this work. But Aden and I are steadfast in our resolve to create change for this and future generations.
