Six to Nine months to Live

My friend John is a married Marine veteran who has a heart condition that requires him to be on medication constantly to stay alive. Until 3 weeks ago he was a very active fellow. He has many friends and a devoted wife, Maria. They have lived in a veterans facility, but this facility cannot accomodate John as he needs 24/7 nursing care. He is now homeless. He and his wife need money badly to bridge the time until they find accomodations, which is not proving easy. He is not in a convenient category to find a place - falls through the cracks. I set a $2500 goal but cannot accurartely estimate what they need because as yet nothing is firm, although they are trying hard. The six to nine months of life left is a doctor's guess. If he goes off of the IV meds he will not last a week. He and his wife seek a place together. Any donation will be greatly appreciated! As you can see, time is very impoertant! Thank you!
