John Arthur Mall’s Unexpected Death Fund

Donation protected

I am Johan Mall and I have started this fundraiser for the amazing, and incredible life of my father. This will help cover a lot of my fathers funeral costs, and any other expenses needing to be paid specifically for my father. My father needs to be honored in the way a veteran, god following, single parent father, and smile making human should be honored. I would like to do nothing more than to share how amazing of a person John Mall really was. He has impacted so many people and it’s always been for the greater good of gods work.

My father was murdered at around 12:30 AM on Saturday the 17th. I was contacted around 8:00PM on Saturday the 17th concerning that I would need to visually look at a picture that the sheriffs office believed to be my father. It took the coroner a few minutes to get to where I was to meet up, verify a few things, and discuss a lot of things. I positively identified my father’s face as I looked into that phone. I felt so shocked, numb, and basically emotionless. I really feel so hurt because this happened to him. I feel so badly damaged and broken, but I know that he is in heaven in a place with no pain hoping that I can share what he taught me and guide me to a positive path.

As countless people know, my father is a  very amazing and helpful person. My father helped the people that wouldn’t help themselves. He always had a smile on his face when trying his best to take the positive route in every situation. My father was the type guy to help out everyone in some sort of way. He has been involved with church for many many years and every day he has worked closer and closer to god. His Bible still lays open on his desk at the spot he was at while reading. He has written countless pages from different books of the Bible and he was always trying to teach me all the knowledge he knows about the Bible. My father is just the type of guy to tell you at least some sort of knowledge about everything you were discussing with him.

Although my father is my father. My father was also a great man to discuss anything with. He was most definitely the best guy to talk to if you needed another opinion on something. My father was involved with a lot of people. I’m sure there are many people he has touched just the slightest bit. He was so outgoing, friendly, and always there to lend a helping hand. I personally would feel so happy to just honor my Dad for pushing through the struggles and mistakes that he has made throughout his life. My father has served the homeless countless times whether it’s at the park or at the local homeless shelter.  He would even bring food to elderly people. He was always there to support everyone no matter who you were and I believe that god personally gave him that talent. He has made a huge different in the life’s of a lot of people.

I remember so many memories of him I remember when I was a very young kid. One time, we went sledding at old power horn, and my dad always tried to tell me to jump off before hitting the trees and I will tell you what, I got all my stubborn self from that man. I was going down that hill so fast and I kept my little butt glued to that sled and ended up running right into a tree at the bottom. Guess who has always jumped off of his sled ever from that moment on? Yep that would be me. It’s such a small memory, but it means the world just to remember his loving face as he ran down the hill after me trying to stop me from hitting the trees and even after hitting the trees, he held onto me saying, “It will be okay. You are okay.”.  I miss him so much and I’ll forever cherish this and so many other memories.

Even with my father raising me while working full time and having me stay at many different baby sitters/friends houses, he still managed to make time with me and make me feel special. I will cherish that forever. My father had his own business called “Auto Service Special” for many years selling coupons for people to get work on their cars at a cheap cost. He would always find a way to keep work, whether it was temporary work, or lawn care side jobs just to try his best to put food on the table and provide. I honor my father for putting with me growing up over the years and all of the mistakes that he has taught me were bad. From the bottom of my heart, I actually feel really bad about putting him through my mistakes. I know we are all human and as my dad always said “We all fall short. We are all human and we all make mistakes.”  This is just one out of many different quotes that I will forever hold close to me and remember that it is okay to make mistakes.

I want to just say thank you for any donations received as they will all go towards my fathers memorial. If you have any special requests with your donation. I’m open for that as well.
Or even if a donation isn’t an option. Even just sharing this post would help more than anything or sharing his legacy with people that haven’t ever met him as such an amazing man. I appreciate every single one of every person reading this and going through this grief together. Another thing that would really help would be talking to me and checking on me. I would love to discuss any memories of growing up that people would be willing to share or anything that stood out to you. Thank you so much and anything is really greatly appreciated. From the bottom of my heart, I can’t thank you enough. Thank you!! Thank you!! Thank you!! Please Stay Safe.

If anyone would like to go the place of his murder and put flowers or crosses or just stand there praying. I would and my Dad would tremendously appreciate that. I can provide all the details of where to go and I would even be willing to go with you.
