Jodie Nathlich House / Cancer Fund

         After what has already been a difficult year, our friend Jodie is now facing the fight of her life.  One minute she felt a sore area on her breast, the next she is learning she has Stage 2 Breast Cancer.  
         Following several tests and tearful meetings with her doctors and oncologist, she learned her fate for the next few months. The path to remission for Jodie means two surgeries, radiation and months of chemo treatments.  
       She is thankful to have caught the cancer early and is taking many healthy steps to prepare for the months ahead. Chef TW is already trying out veggie drinks on her and Jodie has quit drinking. She's replaced that evening ritual with long walks after work.
        But even with health insurance, Jodie may be looking at thousands in out-of-pocket medical costs at a time when their household has gone from three sets of income to just one. 
         With the loss of her brother Steve in April, she has faced enormous amounts of grief and stress this year.  Every contribution will help build Jodie up and alleviate some of the worry she has about money, sick days, possible loss of pay and mounting medical expenses.
