Jim has dedicated his life over the last 30 years to helping others with musculoskeletal challenges, personal health and fitness goals. He has recently been confronted with medical problems of his own, but of a different nature. Many of you know that Jim intently focuses on improving his diet and fitness so he is shocked to be dealing with a health issue.  

The issues he now faces are primarily of an electrical nature around the heart. These challenges have proved so serious that he was recently hospitalized for almost two weeks and it will take six months to a year to fully recover. To return to good health, he needs our help. 

I met Jim when I was 13 years old. With Jim's help, I went on to set a World Record at the age of 16 and win an Olympic Silver Medal at 18. Jim has impacted my life by not only teaching me how to take care of my body, but also by being a consummate supporter and the most selflessly generous person I've ever met.
