Jim Hunt's Miracle Fund
Donation protected
We are Andy and Penny Hutchinson. We have started this account for our brother-in-law, James Anthony Hunt. Jim was recently diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma. This is a rare and lethal cancer of the bile ducts within the liver. Jim turned 50 years old on November 10. He was diagnosed on December 3, 2015. Doctors have told Jim and his wife, Amy, that his prognosis is poor. Chemotherapy drugs and radiation are sometimes effective, but a complete cure would require a liver transplant, if Jim is a candidate.
Jim and Amy have 5 children altogether. The oldest 3 children, Nick (22), Sam (20), and Gavin (17) are Jim's stepchildren whom he has cared for and loved as his own since meeting Amy. Together, Jim and Amy have 2 younger children, Kylie (9) and Carson (7). The funds from this campaign will be used to help with medical bills and other monthly expenses while Jim and Amy are unable to work and earn income for their family. The funds will also be used for current and future education expenses for the children.
The funds are needed as soon as possible as treatment will be immediate and ongoing.
Jim has always been a kind and gentle man with a wonderful sense of humor. He always thinks of himself last and is a compasionate and giving man. It would mean the world to us if you would donate to Jim's cause. No gift is too small. Any contribution would help in Jim's time of need.
We thank you in advance for your kind and generous donation to help a wonderful man and his family.
Please keep Jim and his family in your prayers.
