My daughter Jill lost her job of 11 years due to Covid-19. She started her own business in June to support herself and her 16 year old son. Although it has been a success from the start, businesses are difficult to grow from the ground up and she has gone thru all of her savings and 401K.

Starburst Parlor has seen major growth from her day to day delivery service and has built up momentum by word of mouth from her clients. She has also seen success with custom/mail order options, and her baked goods can be found at local cafes around the city.

Jill has recently signed a lease to open her own bakery and the landlord has given her 8 months to get set up. She is currently in need of funds to help with the build out of the store, signage, and equipment.

As her Mother, I would love to do anything I can to help, but as a 72 year old cancer patient on Social Security, my resources are limited. When Jill was employed she always helped me with my rent and now I would like to help her by organizing this campaign. I hope we can get some help for a young woman who's dreams are just within reach.
