Jessica LeBlanc has been accepted to the Ballet West Summer Intensive. This is an amazing opportunity for this young dancer. Jessica has only been dancing a little over two years. What a testiment to hard work and passion. Congratulations to this young and exceptional young talent. The cost of this intensive is 6,000 dollars and her family needs assistance to make this happen. Please help. Please note how far Jessica has come in the scant few years of training. Jessica was cast as The Doll in the Phoenix Ballet Nutcracker in Sedona this year and the video is an excerpt from this performance.
Jessica writes:
I started dancing only a little over two years ago. I have worked very hard to try and catch up to the other dancers my age, and continue to do so. Attending Ballet West this summer is so important to me because it would allow me to build my technique and expose me to outstanding teachers and dancers. Many fellow dancers who have attended this program have told me how exceptional the teachers are and that they felt like they improved greatly within their time at Ballet West. Because of my late start in ballet, I am looking to increase my skills, and I think Ballet West is the best place to help me meet my goal of becoming a professional ballet dancer. I would be incredibly grateful for as much financial support as possible, which would make the goal of attending Ballet West a reality. Thank you for your consideration.
