Help me save my feet. Require 2 surgeries

Hi, my name is Jessica. I am trying to raise money for a needed foot surgery for myself. I am a diabetic and my right foot had swollen for no reason and my doctor could not identify as to why. I was sent for MRI, blood work, vein check and x-rays. Was not able to determine from March 2021 to January 2022. My foot finally came down in swelling and was able to have another x-ray done and found that I am suffering from charcot arthropathy in my foot. It use to be called "bag of bones" disease. Basically my big toe that connects to the next toe in my foot broke apart from each other like a wish bone and it also caused my entire foot to fracture. My surgery is to repair the broken bones that will require hardware, the bonest in my foot are now fractured due to the break and will require a brace for life. I was told it would be reconstructive surgery. I will have to be fitted for an AFO brace and wear for life. I was referred to a specialist by my doctor who actually performs lectures on this type of condition and has won awards. I am employed full time and I do have insurance. However, I have not met my deductible for this year and also the out of pocket maximum. I just spoken with my insurance company and was told I am looking to pay over $4,300 for this surgery and my afo brace. I will require 1 or 2 nights stay at the hospital and that is if no complications.

I usually do not ask for help. If my parents were still alive, they'd help me in a second. I have to be off my feet for 6 to 8 weeks and can take up to 10 months to heal. Being that I am diabetic, I am healing challenged. Especially with lower extremities. I am already looking at and terrified of the worst case outcome and that will be amputation. Another reason besides the money factor, I am scared to lose my foot. I suffer from extreme nerve damage in both foot up to my knees. On my left foot I have a diabetic ulcer that developed in November 2020 and I have that for the remainder of my life as well, according to my doctor.

If anyone could spare anything, that would be greatly appreciated. I know times are tough for people and if you are unable to donate, I truly understand. Keep me in your prayers for a good recovery, if you can not donate. I will be attaching more pictures of my x-ray and my information from my doctor portal. I just hope I do not end up missing time from work and loss of wages ontop of this.

I am not married, not sure why the doctor wrote that. But my boyfriend was present. But we weren't asked our relationship status. He is a single father and helps me the best he can.

Thank you once again for taking the time to read this.
