Jesse was born Oct. 31, 2011.  He was born  missing his right eye, this condition is called microphthalmia.  Jesse left eye has a condition called uveal coloboma.  These conditions have left Jesse legally blind.   We know that Jesse needs a service dog companion.  We know that he is a little young but his therapists have recommended that he get one to get comfortable and adapt to a service dog.  They have to be of a certain breed and from a certain type of breeder.  Then the dog will have to be trained and certified.  This is very expensive, so we are asking for help, even if it's a dollar.  Thank you and God Bless.
