Jessaca, who turned 30 this spring, was recently diagnosed with breast cancer.  She was initially expecting a cure with surgery, but found out the cancer is invasive and so will be undergoing chemotherapy before surgery and radiation.  We expect that she will do well with her treatment, but it will surely be a long road until we can say she is cured.
