On June 16th, a terrible accident happened on Donner Lake. Not thinking about the drought, I dove into the water off a dock like I had done thousands of times before in my life. I landed on a rock with my head and could not swim up! Thanks to a friend grabbing me and pulling me to safety, I survived. The ambulance came to pull me out of the water and took me to the hospital. Thanks to the doctors and an extreme surgery I am able to walk, it was a close call! With the help of my best friends I am getting along with the life things, but I have a lot of medical bills that I are gonna be a challenge to pay! So I'm askin for help, that's all I can do. Anything helps. I know this town has been through a lot of loss and tragedy but we always pull thru. Thank you for all you do friends! Love you all!!
