As some of you may know Jeremy was diagnosed with Squamous cell carcinoma in mouth (floor of the mouth & in jaw). Unfortunately insurance won’t cover all the surgery and the testing that is needed after the surgery and with the medical bills already

coming in, his wife Toni is the only source of income for their household at the moment. His surgery is scheduled for 28 October, which is next Tuesday and he will be in ICU for the first two nights and then he will be in the hospital a total of seven days. Then he will be going through radiation six weeks after the surgery. If any one is able to donate they will great appreciate it.
