Baby Jeremiah, who is 14 months old, needs your help in funding his major heart surgery. Jeremiah was born with with a cardiac condition called Double Outlet Right Ventricle, Transposition of the Great Arteries, as well as Pulmonary Stenosis. Only a few doctors in the United States are able to perform this life saving surgery. As a result, he will be flying to San Francisco, CA the first week in February 2019.  The funds will be going towards the actual surgery (what insurance will not cover), travel, and our lengthy (3wks or more) stay in CA.
