Help support Jennifer’s battle with terminal colon cancer

Hi, my name is Eric and my mom, Jennifer has been battling stage 4 colon cancer for the past 5 years.

On Thursday night, May 2nd, my sister, Jenna took her to the ER because she had become very weak and was not able to speak clearly. After finding a large tumor in her cerebellum blocking her spinal fluid from draining properly she was life-flighted from the hospital in Yakima to the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle. Since then she has had two procedures to drain and regulate the fluid pressure and to remove a 2-inch tumor (a little larger than an average golf ball) and has been in the ICU since.

After several complications, what was supposed to be a one week stay has turned into what is expected to be 2-3 weeks in the ICU and months of rehab.

My father passed away at the age of 41 in 2014 which leaves me and my sister and brother-in-law as sole caregivers and financial supporters during one of the hardest and most mentally and financially draining parts of her life. Any funds raised from this fundraiser will go towards expenses related to her hospital stay including housing for me and my sister while we care for her in the ICU, medical bills for the initial ER visit and this stay in the ICU, her required bills (insurance, legal support, etc), and any post stay rehab needed.
