Jennifer and Jackie Adopt a Baby

As many of you know, for the last year, Jenn and I have been trying to have a baby. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, we have been unsuccessful and have lost two babies which has been devastating. Our first baby passed away at 8 weeks and our second baby, a son, died at 14 weeks. We continue to hold out hope that our baby is out there and have turned our focus from fertility methods towards adoption. We have investigated the adoption of an infant and have realized that in order for us to make this dream a reality, the cost is rather hefty. Like $30,000 hefty!  After spending quite a bit of money on fertility treatments this is a large sum of money to come up with quickly.

We have been very blessed that an opportunity to adopt a baby that is due in April 2016 has dropped into our laps. So now the pressure is on for us to come up with a large sum of money much sooner than we planned and anticipated. In order to make this dream a reality, we ask for your help and support. We ask that this year you please consider donating to our 'adopt a baby fund' instead of giving us gifts for Christmas or our birthdays. We would even ask that instead of giving us a Christmas card, you consider dropping that $5 in our adoption fund, because every little bit helps. We are doing everything in our power to be ready to receive this baby that is finding its way to us, and we sincerely appreciate your consideration to help us realize the dream of becoming mommies to a baby that isn't four legged and covered in fur.  We promise to post pictures and keep everyone in the loop as we go through this adoption process!  We also accept and welcome all prayers, good vibes, good thoughts, love and peace.  Thank you so much for your help and support.
