Help Jemma Fight Cancer at 29

Jemma is 29 years old, a loving mum to a bright and bubbly 3-year-old daughter, and has just received a heartbreaking diagnosis: Oesophagus Junction Cancer (between the oesophagus and stomach) that has metastasised and is now in her liver, bones and lymph nodes.

This news has turned their young family’s world upside down.

As Jemma begins her fight against this aggressive cancer, she will be stepping back from work to focus on treatment and recovery. Her partner, Ethan, is continuing to work and support the family as much as he can, but with rent to pay and a little one to care for, the financial pressure will mount quickly.

Their focus should be on Jemma’s health and their daughter’s wellbeing and future and not on how to keep a roof over their heads or food on the table.
